Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, and we will gladly process a full refund.

After the 12-hour window has passed, your order will likely have entered the fulfillment or shipping process and can no longer be canceled or modified, except for the shipping address.

We can still update your shipping address before your order ships, so please contact us as soon as possible if an address change is needed.
